The board discussed the pee-wee class and the low kart count, it was voted by the board the pee-wee class will have a feature event the same as the classes. They will have a number drawn at registration and will run a feature event.

The board voted due to the lack of karters for the Sr. Outlaw class it will be scratched from the line-up.
No more Sr. Outlaw class.

The computer used for scoring the races is very outdated. The board voted to purchase the Orbitz 4 software for the computer, it is the latest technology , this is something needed desperately for the karters and the score keepers.

The money used for purchasing this software will be supplemented by having a Joe Corbi Pizza fundraiser.

The board members were all responsible for finding a sponsor to benefit the club, and all 14 fulfilled that obligation.

The board is hoping that all club members will participate in the Joe Corbi pizza fundraiser.

As of this date there are 205 members to the U.S.13 Kart Club.

The board has been made aware of persons entering the grid area without the required wristband.
This is noted and for insurance purposes to enter grid you must have a visible wristband on.

The SR. Pro Heavy class will be observed by the board for 1 month, if kart count continues to decrease this class may be scratched from the line-up.

Other classes may be added by the board at their discretion.

By a vote of 12 to 1 the board voted to offer the incentive of paying a person to sell 50-50 tickets, the person selling the tickets will receive 10%. Example-sell 240 tickets your 10% is $24.00

The board will search for someone to fill the seat of John Oakley who was voted in as vice-president for the club, this is being done to keep an odd number of members on the board for voting purposes.
